The LH_R/260 filter mat is used for filtration in roll filter equipment.

Features

The mat is made of high performance nonwoven produced inhouse from polyester fibers with thermal bonding, i.e. without bonding agents.
The filter media are progressive in structure. This optimizes the defined filter performance and the dust holding capacity, resulting in longer useful lifetime for the filter concerned.
The filter mat’s clean air side is reinforced by a support fabric to ensure even and reliable advance of the filter material concerned.

Filter mats LH_R / 260 series
Filter mats are are part of the depth filters. The LH_R / 260 series from Viledon is the ideal filter solution in roll filter equipment. The filter mats are equipped with high-performance nonwovens consisting of polyester fibers with thermal fiber bonding. This eliminates the need for binders. In addition, LH_R / 260 filter mats have a progressive structure. This means that the fiber layers are arranged one after the other in such a way that the density of the fiber layers increases towards the clean air side. Supporting fabric makes the clean air side more robust.

Applications of the LH_R / 260 series
Viledon LH_R / 260 filter mats are used in traditional coarse dust collection via roll filter systems. Roll belt filters are mainly used as pre-filters for coarse dusts. They are also suitable as supply air filters for machines and switchgear.
