PA/560 G-10
The professional one for gleaming paintwork
The PA / 560 G-10 filter mat ensures practically 100 % arrestance of particles >10 μm which might cause visually perceptible surface imperfections. This means maximized protection against paintwork defects for the user.

Applications
The main field of application for the fine filter mat PA / 560 G-10 is final intake air filtration in paint spray systems and booths. Due to the processed filter media, the PA / 560 G-10 complies with the “ATEX” directives.
Features
The mat is made of high performance nonwovens produced inhouse from elastic, break-resistant polyester fibers. These nonwovens are thermally bonded and specially smoothed on the clean air side, in order to assure excellent fiber bonding. In addition, the fibers are specially processed to provide an actively adhesive surface.
The filter media is progressive in structure. This optimizes the defined filter performance and the dust holding capacity, resulting in longer useful lifetime for the filter concerned.
The actively adhesive surface of each individual fiber of the filter media ensures permanent retention of particles already collected throughout the entire operating lifetime.
An additional reinforcing scrim on the clean air side enhances the filter mat’s stability and reduces the risk of damage to the clean air side during installation.
Overview of the PA Duo series filter mats
Filter mats of the PA Duo series
Filter mats (just like pocket filters, cassette filters or HEPA filters) are classified as depth-loading filters. High-performance nonwovens from our own production are used in the manufacture of the PA-Duo series. These consist of elastic, unbreakable polyester fibers. For a secure fiber bond, the nonwovens are thermally bonded and specially smoothed on the clean air side. The fibers have an adhesive surface. PA-Duo filter mats also have a progressive structure.
Areas of application for PA-Duo filter mats
Particles >10 μm can cause visible adverse effects in surface treatment. Viledon filter mats of the PA-Duo series separate particles of this size practically completely. For this reason, the main field of application for these fine filters is final filtration of the intake air in paint shops and paint spray booths.
PA-Duo filter mats and their advantages
PA-Duo filter mats offer the greatest possible safety against paint defects and ensure brilliant painting results. The progressive structure achieves maximum defined filter performance and storage capacity. This results in a longer lifetime of the filter. The adhesive surface ensures that particles already deposited are permanently bound over the entire operating time. In the common Viledon migration test, PA Duo filter mats qualify for the highest "S0" class. The PA / 560 G-10 filter mat is equipped with an additional reinforcing mesh on the clean air side. This provides even greater stability.
