Applications

Viledon Compact pocket filters G 35 are used for supply, exhaust and recirculating air filtration in all kinds of ventilation systems, such as:

in industrial processes (metal processing, paper production, food and beverages, etc.)
for exhaust and recirculating air filtration
in paint shops for ventilating machine rooms and production areas
in general air-conditioning applications
as prefilters for gas turbines and compressors

Features

As filter media, we use our progressively structured high-performance nonwovens made in-house from tear-resistant synthetic organic fibers.
High separation capacity with low pressure drop, long service life and excellent cost-efficiency.

Thanks to their shorter pockets, G 35 filters offer a space-saving solution for plants where the use of long-pocket filters would not be possible.

Overview of the Compact G 35 series pocket filters

Pocket filters of the Compact G 35 series
Pocket filters are among the depth-loading filters and are the most frequently used filters in ventilation systems. They are used either as a complete filter solution or as prefilters. Freudenberg first launched a product line using only synthetic-organic fibers in 1974 with the Viledon pocket filters. The pocket filters are constantly being further developed to meet individual customer requirements. The robust Compact G 35 filter series is suitable for heavy coarse dust loadings, even at high air flow rates.

Applications of the Compact G 35 series
Compact G 35 pocket filters are used for supply, exhaust and recirculating air filtration in all kindes of ventilation systems. They are used, for example, in industrial processes or for exhaust and recirculating air filtration in paint shops. Pocket filters of the Compact G 35 series have also proven their worth for ventilating machine rooms and production areas and in general air-conditioning applications. They are also suitable for prefiltration of gas turbines and compressors.
