Applications
Viledon MaxiPleat cassette filters offer maximized operational reliability and cost-efficiency for supply, exhaust and recirculated air filtration in ventilation systems, e.g.in intake air filtration for gas turbines and compressors

Features
High-strength micro-glassfiber papers with a special thermoplastic bonding system and hydrophobic coating are used as filter media.
Our thermal embossing process, with its optimum V-shaped pleat geometry, ensures full utilization of the filtering area and uniform dust deposition.
The low average pressure drop, i.e. a very slow increase in the pressure drop, ensures a long useful lifetime, with cost-efficient and reliable operation.
The leak-proof casting of the dimensionally stable pleat pack in the distortion-resistant plastic frame results in outstanding bursting strength as well as high security against dust penetration.

With the modular clip-on system, MaxiPleat filters of different filter classes and depths can be combined by simple plug-on or with a coalescer prefilter. This allows an additional filter stage to be inserted without structural modification.

MaxiPleat MX 95 cassette filters
MaxiPleat MX 95 cassette filters are depth-loading filters (as well as filter mats, pocket filters and HEPA filters). The pleated (folded) shape of the filter media ensures the largest possible filter media area. As a result, they can be used in various air purification systems and meet high clean air quality requirements. Thanks to their stable construction, MaxiPleat cassette filters from Viledon offer consistently reliable operation, even under extreme conditions.
Areas of application for MaxiPleat MX 95
MaxiPleat MX 95 cassette filters are suitable for supply, exhaust and recirculating air filtration in ventilation systems, for example in the intake air filtration of gas turbines and compressors. They are used in the chemical, pharmaceutical, surface treatment and other industrial applications. The product series is also used in demanding air-conditioning technology or as "police filters" in dust removal technology.
