Overview of the WinAir 90 series pocket filters

WinAir 90 pocket filters
Pocket filters (together with filter mats, cassette filters and HEPA filters) belong to the group of depth-loading filters. They can be used either as prefilters in a multi-stage filter system or as a one-stage filter solution. Depending on the design, pocket filters filter coarse dust or fine dust. WinAir 90 fine filters from Viledon are convincing as an economical solution for optimum indoor air quality.

Areas of application for WinAir 90
WinAir 90 pocket filters ensure high indoor air quality thanks to their efficient separation at low pressure drop. They are also used as prefilters to protect downstream filter stages.

WinAir 90 pocket filters and their advantages
WinAir 90 pocket filters are equipped with filter media made of synthetic-organic fibres and microfibres, which are progressively structured. These provide ideal filtration characteristics. The filter pockets are leakproof welded and foamed into the PUR front frame. Built-in weld seams serve as spacers. Other positive features of WinAir 90 pocket filters are their microbiological inactivity and compliance with all hygiene criteria of VDI guideline 6022. In addition, they are free of glass fibres, corrosion-free, moisture-resistant up to 100 % relative humidity and self-extinguishing according to DIN 53438 (fire class F 1). WinAir 45 pocket filters are easy and safe to mount and fit all common mounting frames.
