Applications
T 60 Compact pocket filters are used for supply, exhaust and recirculated-air filtration in ventilation systems posing stringent requirements for durability and cost-efficiency, particularlyin intake air filtration of gas turbines and compressors on- and off-shore
in supply and exhaust air filtration for paint shops
in sophisticated air-conditioning systems (hospitals, laboratories, libraries, museums, airports, etc.)
as downstream “policing filters” in dust removal systems

Features
The filter media featured are progressively structured high-performance nonwovens, produced inhouse from non-breaking, synthetic-organic fibers. This ensures superlative durability, high arrestance, low pressure drop, long useful lifetimes, and high cost-efficiency.
They achieve good energy efficiencies, thus cutting energy costs and downsizing CO2 emissions.
T 60 Compact pocket filters are free of glass fibers, non-corroding, microbiologically inactive, and meet all the criteria laid down in VDI Guideline 6022 “Hygiene Requirements for HVAC Systems and Units”.
High functional dependability thanks to the leakproof-welded configuration of the filter pockets, foam-sealed into a PUR front frame, with aerodynamically optimized welded-in spacers and dimensionally stable construction of the filter element as a whole.
These filters do an excellent job even under extreme weather conditions and in off shore intake air systems, not least when subjected to increased volume flows.
Pocket filters of the Compact T 60 series
Pocket filters are classified as depth-loading filters. T 60 pocket filters are often used as prefilters and are ideal for use in two-stage or multi-stage filter systems. The high-performance Viledon pocket filters of the Compact T 60 series are robust in permanent use.
Applications of the Compact T 60 series
T 60 pocket filters are used for supply, exhaust and recirculating air filtration in ventilation systems. They are particularly convincing in applications with high demands on load-bearing capacity and economy. Their areas of application include gas turbines, compressors and paint shops. T 60 pocket filters are also ideal for use in demanding air-conditioning systems, for example in hospitals or museums. The product series is also used in dust removal technology.
Compact T 60 pocket filters and their advantages
The robust Compact T 60 pocket filters achieve top performance even in short-term overload operation. Progressively constructed high-performance nonwovens from our own production serve as filter media. These consist of break-resistant, synthetic-organic fibers. This gives the T 60 pocket filters a strong load capacity with high arrestance and low pressure drop. The energy-efficient product series helps reduce energy costs. Compact T 60 pocket filters are free of glass-fibers, non-corroding as well as microbiologically inactive. They meet the conditions for VDI Guideline 6022 "Hygiene Requirements for HVAC Systems and Units". Another plus point: leakproof-welded filter pockets foamed-sealed into a PUR front frame with aerodynamic spacers ensure a dimensionally stable structure of the entire filter element.
