Viledon® ChemControl Pellets 210 are specifically designed for oxidative removal of acid gases at high concentrations and where extended service life is required. The high-performance medium provides exceptional reactivity and removal capacity, reliably protecting equipment and processes against corrosion, nuisance odors and contaminant-related operational disruption.

Applications
CCP 210 is particularly suitable for pulp and paper mills, petrochemical facilities, mining and metal refining operations and wastewater applications.
The medium is especially effective against:
- H₂S
- SO₂
- reliably removes a range of additional oxidizable acid gases
Features
A minimum of 10% potassium permanganate is evenly distributed throughout the pore structure and permanently oxidizes contaminants into stable solids. High usable capacity extends media service life and reduces replacement frequency. This lowers maintenance effort, downtime and operating costs. Low airflow resistance also supports energy-efficient system operation. Tested according to ISO 10121-1 and ASTM D6646-03. Able to be installed in any manufacturer's loose-fill filters and modules. Suitable for remaining lifetime analysis.

CCP 210 gas phase filter pellets and their advantages
CCP 210 gas phase filter pellets remove hydrogen sulphide, sulphur dioxide, other sulphur oxides, nitrogen oxides, formaldehyde, thiol alcohols (mercaptans) and low molecular organic acids. By oxidation, the pellets remove or destroy acid gases from the air. Their high reactivity enables them to reliably eliminate harmful gases even in high concentrations.
