Viledon eMaxx filters are a generation of powerful, efficient, economic, and durable casseette filters offering operational reliability and cost efficiency for supply of air filtration systems which have stringent requirements for clean are quality. They are used in:

Features
High-strength synthetic media and micro-glass fiber papers with hydrophobic coating are used.
The 4-sided, leakprood casting of the dimensionally stable media pleat pack provides high burst strength as well as excellent security against dust penetration durin operation.
During usage the vertical arrangement of pleats allows drainage of water to the bottom. The filter frame features an integrated water slope which transports the water towards the upstream side of the filter. Both result in less water saturation of the filter and reduced pressure drop increase.
Combined with the filter elements depth of 422 mm, particularly high dust holding capacity can be achieved resulting in long useful lifetimes.
The filters can be used as part of the unique Viledon modular clip-on system. They can be combined with hydroMaxx coalescer filters or with the MVPGT respectively MaxiPleat cassette filters in one filter stage by simple clip-on.

Like pocket filters and filter mats, cassette filters are depth-loading filters. The eMaxx 98 product series represents a generation of high-performance, economical and resistant cassette filters. It offers high operational reliability and economy with a long lifetime. At the same time, eMaxx E11 cassette filters from Viledon increase the efficiency of turbine performance.
Areas of application for eMaxx E11
Thanks to their high operational reliability and cost-effectiveness, eMaxx 98 cassette filters are convincing in supply air systems with high clean air quality requirements. They are used, for example, in the intake air filtration of gas turbines and compressors. Particles in the intake air can impair the performance and efficiency of the systems. With intake air filtration optimally geared to performance and functional reliability, downtimes can be reduced and operating costs cut. eMaxx 98 cassette filters from Viledon are also used in ventilation systems.
eMaxx E11 cassette filters and their advantages
The filter media of the eMaxx E11 cassette filters consist of synthetic media and high-strength micro-glass-fiber papers with a water-repellent coating. High load-bearing capacity in operation and high functional reliability against dust breakthrough are ensured by the leak-proof, four-sided potting of the dimensionally stable pleat packets. eMaxx 98 cassette filters can also function as a building block of the Viledon Modular Clip-on System. By simply clipping them on, they can be combined with hydroMaxx coalescer filters or MVPGT or MaxiPleat cassette filters in a filter stage. The modular clip-on system allows space-saving integration of an additional filter stage without great effort. Concepts with a 2-in-1 filter solution are therefore particularly popular in a plant situation with limited installation space.
