DuoPleat Plus combination filters improve indoor air quality and protect sensitive products, processes and equipment, by effectively eliminating particles, pollutants and odours coming from volatile organic compounds (VOC) and corrosive substances such as acidic and base gases. Major representants of these groups are Hydrogen Sulfide (H2S), Sulfur dioxide and trioxide (SO2, SO3), Ammonia (NH3), Nitrogen Oxides (NOx), and Hydrocarbons

Applications

DuoPleat Plus combination filters are specially designed to protect sensitive processes such as the semiconductor production, fuel cell systems, data centers and other sensitive areas from critical airborne molecules and ambient particles.  

Features

  • The molecular filtration media of the Duopleat filters is secured by a patented bonding process and offers maximized active surface for efficient gas adsorption. With its additional 3-layer high-performance nonwoven on the upstream side, the Duopleat filter also provide ISO ePM10 75% Class particle filtration at the same time.

  • The large filter area installed, together with the unique structure of the filter media, provides not only a particularly high storage capacity and a long useful lifetime, but also very low pressure drops.

  • The triple blend media provides an ideal adsorption performance for a wide range of both, hydrocarbons (VOC) and corrosive gases including Ammonia, Hydrogen Sulfide etc.
