Features

  • High-strength micro-glass fiber papers with hydrophobic treatment are used.

  • Extremely stable frame concept with one piece front and rear plates for highest possible operational reliability.

  • Burst protection grids inspired by nature feature a concentric spider web design and provide maximum bending stiffness.

  • Aerodynamic guide vanes ensure reduced air flow resistance, enabling the operaor to achieve reduced CO2 emissions.

  • The 4-sided, leakproof casting of the dimensionally stable media pleat pack provides high burst strength as well as excellent security against dust penetration during operation.

  • The vertical pleat arrangement and integrated water slopes allows for optimal water drainage. This reduces the amount of moisture that penetrates the filter and ensures trouble-free operation.

  • For a perfect fit the endless foamed-on gasket is inserted in the filter frame. The leakage risk is close to zero. 

  • An integrated gripping lug and rounded shatterproof contours facilitate handling during transport, installation, and removal. 

  • The filters can be used as a base filter for the modular clip-on system. They can be combined with hydroMaxx coalescer filters or with MVPGT respectively MaxiPleat casette filters in one filter stage by simple clip-on. This enables a 2-in-1 upgrade without modification.
