Viledon® Pleat Series filters are the perfect upgrade from disposables, poly medias, or lower efficiency pleated filters
The Viledon® H-Pleat is a pleated filter with 14 pleats per linear foot.
The Viledon® S-Pleat is a pleated filter with 12 pleats per linear foot for 1" depth and 10 pleats per linear foot for 2" and 4" depths.
The 100 % synthetic gradient media will not absorb moisture and does not support microbial growth. The media is also resistant to most common chemicals.
The double wall two-piece frame is made from high wet strength beverage board for enhanced robustness.
Pleats supported with 30-gauge galvanized expanded metal to ensure pleat stability over life of filter.
Media pack completely bonded to frame.
Temperature resistance: 180 ˚F with peaks to 225 ˚F.
Maximum humidity: 100 % RH.
