The Viledon® Module Filter Houses (MFH) are multi-stage filtration systems that reliably provide complete protection against corrosion and/or odor for all kind of sensitive equipment and as well for the personnel.

Applications
The module filter house is typically installed outside of the protected area as a component of a ventilation system. It filters the inlet air from the ambient and supplies purified air to the ventilation system.
The MFH series can be equipped with ChemControl Module CCM1805 or CCM1810 which both ensure an optimized pressure loss during operation. The ChemControl Modules are prefilled with Viledon® ChemControl Pellets and can be replaced
easily.
The MFHs are available in several sizes to cover a wide flow range and various gaseous contaminants. Optional construction features are available upon request to optimize the equipment according to specific needs
Features
- Welded design suitable for outdoor usage available in different grades of stainless steel or in galvanized carbon steel
- Inlet options of a louver or grid in grid or hinged version for pre-filter withdrawal from front, weather hoods, protection grid, or flange
- Doors for filter replacement on opposite side or access from both sides
- Removal lifting lugs
- Pressure switches, local pressure guages (manometer) or pressure transmitter instead of tapping points
- Pre-filtration: Viledon® Compact F40 and F50 pocket filters will collect efficiently the coarse dust from inlet air protecting the chemical media. Its large dust holding capacity and a low pressure drop optimize their life time and cost-efficiency.
- Fine filtration: Viledon® MVP cassette filters will collect all fine dust from the air stream, including the possible dust released by the pellets in normal operation. Viledon® MVP cassette filters achieve good energy efficiency according to EUROVENT, thus cutting energy costs and downsizing CO2 emissions.
