The Viledon® Module Pressurization Systems (MPS) are multistage filtration systems that reliably provide complete protection against corrosion and/or odor for all kind of sensitive equipment and as well for the personnel.

Applications
The system is typically placed outside the protected area. It filters the inlet air from the ambient and supplies purified air into the controlled room. Hence, the system provides a positive pressure to avoid ingress of unfiltered air into the room.
The MPS series can be equipped with modules (CCM1205, CCM1210 or Deep Boxes) that are pre-filled with our chemical filtration pellets and can be easily exchanged.
The MPS are available in several sizes to cover a wide range of room sizes and various gaseous contaminants. Optional construction features are available upon request to optimize the
equipment according to specific needs. With our CCM1205 and CCM1210 the systems can be operated with a higher air flow due to the low pressure drop while handling lower concentrations of gases. Our Deep Boxes handle medium or high concentrations of gases with a reduced air flow
Features
- Welded design suitable for outdoor usage available in different grades of stainless steel or in galvanized carbon steel
- High efficiency fan with energy optimized centrifugal impellers made of high strength corrosion resistant material with EC-motor and integrated controller to keep the volume flow constant.
- Inlet options of a louver or grid in grid or hinged version for pre-filter withdrawal from front, weather hoods, protection grid, or flange
- Doors for filter replacement on opposite side or access from both sides
- Removal lifting lugs
- Pressure switches, or pressure transmitter instead of pressure guages
- Double wall design made of anodized aluminum framework and insulated panels, coated inside and outside with high corrosion resistance
- Manual flow adjustment instead of volume flow controller
- Pre-filtration: Viledon® Compact F40 and F50 pocket filters will collect efficiently the coarse dust from inlet air protecting the chemical media. Its large dust holding capacity and a low pressure drop optimize their life time and cost-efficiency.
- Fine filtration: Viledon® MVP cassette filters will collect all fine dust from the air stream, including the possible dust released by the pellets in normal operation. Viledon® MVP cassette filters achieve good energy efficiency according to EUROVENT, thus cutting energy costs and downsizing CO2 emissions.
