The filter mats are manufactured from high-performance nonwovens produced in-house from elastic and break-resistant polyester fibers using a thermal bonding process.
PaintLock-300 features a progressive structure, with multiple layers arranged in sequence to ensure that the fiber density increases towards the clean air side. This optimizes filtration performance and dust holding capacity, resulting in an extended service life of the filter.

PaintLock-300 filter mats are depth-loading filters, similar to pocket filters, cassette filters, and HEPA filters. They are manufactured from high-performance nonwovens made of elastic and break-resistant polyester fibers using a thermal bonding process. The filter mats feature a progressive structure, with the density of the fiber layers increasing towards the clean air side.
