The R2 Series media is made for equipment protection. The structured media is thermally bonded and treated with an adhesive designed to retain particles.

Applications
The R2 Series is particularly useful for supply air applications where the capture and retention of particles are important.
The R2 Series is the filter solution for traditional coarse dust arrestance.
The media is designed for equipment protection or for general filtration requirements.
The progressively structured single ply media is thermally bonded and treated with a special adhesive tackifier.
Features
R2 Series bulk rolls, cut pads, self-support panels and links are designed for >80% efficiency on 5 micron particles and larger.
The series are tackified throughout the entire media in order to retain more captured particles.
R2 Series panels are designed with 10 gauge steel support frame sealed between media layers, using durable radio frequency welding system.
The R2 Series is environmentally friendly, designed to comply with most landfill regulations.

Temperature resistance: Continuous 212°F, peaks at 250°F
