The sinus-shaped corrugated filter media FE 2506-sinus and FE 2507-sinus have been developped specifically for the ultra-stringent requirements of dust removal systems even under the alternating loads of the filtration and cleaning phases.Features
The pleatable polyester filter media FE 2506-sinus and FE 2507-sinus with sinusoidal cross-section and microfibers achieve up to 35 % energy cost savings when operating a cartridge system.
The pleat corrugation significantly downsizes the pressure drop. Thanks to its full-area thermal bonding the material exhibits a significantly smoother and more homogenous surface than linearly embossed spunbonded nonwovens. An advantage with beneficial effects on the cleaning behaviour.
